Concent NY is proud to announce a new project, involving one of it’s core members.
Marter and Yony’s “Spy” contains 4 live instrumental DUB tracks by Marter aka Masateru Yamauchi (Jazzy Sport, Tokyo) & Yony aka Yoshio “TONY” Kobayashi (DUB Nomads, Akoya Afrobeat Project). Their first release was 2012’s “Level 13″, released on Concent’s split DUB 7” series (CPSV006).
In 2011 They recorded more than 30 songs direct to cassette four-track, Yoshio’s preferred medium. Almost a year later, the duo spend some time in with Concent’s Hideyuki Waki’s NYC studio to complete three songs & plus a remix by Loop Diary.
This vinyl EP is limited to 250 copies, hand numbered in black sleeves, with special artwork printed on white paper.
